The Role
Not a salesperson.

You won't be cold-prospecting. You won't be building funnels at 11pm. You won't be writing copy, running ads, or convincing strangers to take your call.
We do all of that. Every week, families show up on the calendar already wanting to talk. Your job is to be the person they meet. Listen to their situation. Hold the methodology with conviction. Walk them, deliberately, into the right outcome. That's it. That's the entire role.
The Practice
Twenty hours a week.
From anywhere in the world.
This is not a sales job with sales hours.
While the rest of the industry is grinding nights and weekends, you're working bankers' hours. While the rest of the industry is tied to a desk, you're taking Zoom calls from wherever the wifi works. Some of our Wealth Strategists work from home. Some work from the road. Some are running this business from another country right now.
The methodology travels. The income travels. The standard does not.
